I collect Urine

Warning: Some of the scenes and sarcastic comments contained in the following blog post may not be suitable for children or people who are not okay talking about urine.

So, Apparently baby number 3 is making my blood pressure "elevated." Do you know what else makes my blood pressure elevated? Having to take a 24 hour collection of my urine. I knew there would be lots of urine talk now that I was pregnant. And I was becoming all too familiar with those little orange cups at the doctor's office. However, this "collection container" takes it above and beyond the call of duty, if you know what I mean? I know things could be much worse, I'm not entirely complaining. It's just that talking sarcastically about it really helps. Maybe, it will even lower my blood pressure. I am on my third round of antibiotics for another urine related issue. Every time I go to have my blood pressure taken, people remind me to relax and take deep breaths. This is tremendously helpful. What can I say I am a urine collector.

Would you like Shelly and I to contribute to that. That's what friends are for!! Your urine is my urine hon. Wait, did I just over step my bounds?

Isn't if fun to open the fridge and see that!! So Sorry Hallie!! I know its not fun... could be worse though! Does this little boy have a name yet? Do you tell? I can't remember!

I will continue to pray for a safe and healthy pregnancy!

Don't you just love opening the fridge several times a day to contribute to the "orange juice" jug? The Kaiser lab people just snickered when we picked up ours. And I thought collecting dirt was strange....=)

It's so unlike you to talk about urine so publicly. I think you're growing- or maybe you've been hanging around Cari too long :)

I don't mean to put the pressure on here, Hallie.

But, um, I needed two bottles. . . .

I'm just putting that out there. If you want to enter the arena, you just let me know, babe.

Not everyone can be like me, don't take it too hard.

I feel for you though and am proud of your ability to laugh about it. Sorry for you, hope it is the last of the fun extra's this time around.

I think you blogged about urine to attract comments. . . smart move. . .

Any other anonymous readers out there?

You see, I check this blog about 50 times a day, give or take 100. . . so if there aren't new posts, I have to subsist on the comments to get me through until my next cup of coffee.

So, write, people. Write. Let's go for a record here.
