Yet another Ode to Snow Blog

Today we got to go Sledding! It was so fun! Pearson would have stayed all day. Zach was only really interested in throwing Snow balls.

Attacking Danny

So, the day was Nearly perfect until our dear friends at the DMV, who are still sending mail to our old house despite our futile attempts to rectify the issue, informed us that we had failed to pay a ticket that we received unbeknownst to us in JULY. So, it turns out that not only is there a $380 something dollar ticket, Danny also apparently failed to appear in court...which it turns out they likely suspend your license for...and they apparently sent our mishap to a collection agency. The letter also gave us until today to pay the $531 ticket (oh, didn't you know they charge you more when you are as delinquent as we are) or they were going to charge us $150 more and oh yah, put a lien on our house. Good thing we FOUND OUT TODAY about all this other wise it might have been bad news.
Don't worry we were able to pay the collection agency, but we will be taking back your Christmas presents...Sorry...call the DMV..I'm sure they'll be helpful.

I am sorry about all the DMV trouble. There is nothing worse than being punished for something you had no control over. Last year we were in Washington visiting Mike and Heidi and apparently blew through a toll booth area on a freeway. 1 month later we earned a ticket for not paying the toll.

By the way, I love all the pictures of the snow.
