I kind of surprised him, I say kind of because I always get too excited and tell him a day early about his surprises. I'm weak. I researched some of the Food Network restaurants and we walked all over LA. We love exploring and of course eating!
Here's a run down of what we did...in case you're interested! We went to Melrose, there is a great hat shop there. We ate at the Village Idiot, visited the Greystone Mansion, ate dessert at Joan's on Third, went to the 500 days of Summer Bench, went to the Walt Disney Music Hall, the Grove, and ate a restaurant called JAR. I think I totally worked off my chocolate, coconut cupcake!
I know there are a lot of photos of me...it's because I love pictures of myself SO much!
And then this is what my morning looked like...back to the Grind. I love the Grind.
Pearson was weaving a tale of the previous night's dreams enchanting his brother; Chase sat nearby watching his movie. I was drinking coffee and enjoying the last few days of a leisurely summer morning!

I love seeing your boys in the "grind", too, have I ever mentioned that? I love your home, so welcoming and inviting, and your boys, so sweet and giving, and you guys, so genuine and loving. . . I just love it. Thanks for posting pictures, I know it is a hassle sometimes.
