Here is our Lego Banner...

We turned some boxes into giant LEGOS...the boys favorite project for sure. Zach kept rearranging them to see where he thought they would look best.

We played a few games...guess how many LEGOS in the jar, the great LEGO spoon race and an intense LEGO drop. Victory was theirs...

And of course...a LEGO cake. A delicate mixture of headless cupcakes and different sized cake pans. Zachy was SO impressed....Danny thought they looked a little like upside down turtles. You can't see them all in the picture (I couldn't not see turtles).

We also had a table piled with LEGOS, the kids built all kinds of LEGOIE goodness! And of course there were LEGO candies as party favors.
You know I love a good theme!

Happy Birthday sweet boy!
My kids are going to be saying "Legoey goodness" all day long. You may think at a times that your blog has no impact on this world. Rest assured that every word you say gets repeated well nigh to death on this end of the continent.
You amaze me! You are so stinken creative! Wish I was like that. Love those decorations.
P.s., I can not believe he is already 5!!! Did you put him on fast forward. So big, so cute!
Very cute Hallie! Zach and Pearson and such sweet boys! Can't wait to meet the new little Gardner!
Fun was had by one and all, you theme-monger.
Hip Hip Hooray for internet connections!!!! I love it all. You really are the queen of the theme.
Love you!!
I just want to say that all these ideas were found on line...lest my head get big. You too can fully embrace a theme if so you choose.
Your boys are just too cute. How can he be 5!!! Are you sure that's how old he is? I miss you and your too cute boys!
I've never seen a turtle with 6 legs
As someone who reluctantly owns a turtle, they did not look like upside down turtles. You did a great job...as usual!!
I can't wait for Baby G & Baby J to be friends so he can get invited to these awesome parties! You are such a good mommy!!
